REO (i.e., Real Estate Owned) are properties owned by a lender
(often a bank). REOs are often referred to as "Bank Owned" or "Lender Owned."
Traditional buying season in the area is focused on being in a new home
for a back-to-school August move-in date. The low interest rates and REO
homes priced for todays market seem to be a major factor. I always answer
